Week 1

Hey !

So week one of my class 12 project ... its a lot of work! It started off with my first meeting with Unna Burch, who is an incredible and inspirering person. She is the author and creator of the Forest Cantina Cookbooks. Unna really helped me understand the basics of where and how to get started, she was full of tips and tricks that will really come in handy when making and photographing the food.

As well as the meeting with Unna I also had a few meetings with the incredible Clare Goodman. She is my supervisor and one of the sweetest people I know! I'm so excited to be going on this journey with her.

During the meeting with Clare we went over the whole year and split everything into weeks so i could easily know what I needed to acheive to reach my goals!

I also wrote down the recipes I wanted in my book but am still needing to refine them.
